HVAC Installation Technician FULL TIME: Salary: $25.00 Hourly Benefits: Health, Dental Vision + retirement contribution. Description: The Install Technician is responsible for performing residential and light commercial HVAC installations under the direction of a Lead Installation Technician. This position focuses on the installation of ductless mini-split, air-source heat pump, and related HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and state licensing requirements. The role requires a licensed HVAC technician capable of delivering high-quality, efficient, and code-compliant installations while maintaining professionalism and safety on every job site.
