Job description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: You will be responsible for leading the Demand Planning Reporting, Systems and Processes function in NAM, owning the strategy, architecture, and governance of reporting infrastructure, data systems, and planning processes that support decision-making across the region. You will set direction on reporting design, systems integrity, and process standardization while acting as the primary interface between demand planning, IT, commercial teams, and global counterparts. You will drive continuous improvement across demand planning tools and reports, ensure data reliability across core systems, and translate complex data into strategic insights for senior stakeholders. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, data accuracy, and cross functional visibility by managing planning tools, streamlining processes, and enhancing reporting capabilities.
