Job Description: We’re looking for an Events Administration and Operations Coordinator to support the smooth, day to day running of a busy events operation within the London offices of a leading financial services firm. If you love keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes and take pride in delivering a polished, professional experience, this role is for you. As the Events Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind the operation — keeping processes tight, communication flowing, and every event experience aligned with the firm’s high standards of service and operational excellence.
