Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 We are hiring for a Scheduling Specialist in our Podiatry unit! Emplify by Gundersen Health is seeking a motivated individual with strong phone etiquette, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively while providing exceptional customer service. The Scheduling Specialist works directly with patients and is responsible for accurately scheduling appointments. What's Available: 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly), Full-time Shift: Monday-Friday, hours typically between 8am-4:30 pm Location: Onalaska, WI for training: Remote eligible after training: Department: Podiatry: What you will do: Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients through providing the best first/last impressions with top level customer service.
