1st Shift; B Schedule (12 hours per shift; 7:00 AM -7:00 PM) 4 on 3 Off 3 on 4 Off Shift Pattern (repeats every 2 weeks) Week 1: Work: T/F/S; Off: S/M/T Week 2: Work: W/T/F/S; Off S/M/T/W Essential Job Functions: - Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints. - Records consistent problem areas - Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service. - Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. - Responses are predominately routine but may require deviation from standard procedures - Other duties as assigned Other Skills & Abilities: - Client Service skills - Quality Focus - Problem Solving - Freight Forwarding Knowledge - Documentation Skills - Listening - Resolving Conflict - Ability to Multi-task Physical Requirements: - Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
