The HRBP Coordinator is responsible for enabling a consistent, efficient, and scalable HR BP operating model by owning core HR BP processes . This role partners closely with the Centers of Excellence (COEs), People Operations, and ER to ensure accurate employee data, seamless execution of compensation and workforce activities, and strong operational support across key HR BP cycles .
