The Guest Relations Representative Temp FT position exists to perform diversified functions associated with representing FOF to guests/constituents that visit the ministry through hospitality, greeting, providing information, and operating appropriate Guest Relations stations. Requires occasional supervision and refers only specific, unusual problems to supervisor. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: - Greets and assists guests which may include providing information, directing visitors for tours, broadcast tapings or appointments, and booking special tours or birthday parties - Ministers to guests/visitors one on one or in a group - Attends to needs of guests as appropriate including administrative tasks at one of the department reception stations - Is first security point for concerns or threatening situations to staff or guests.
