Integris, a Division of Coastal Community Credit Union is looking for an individual to work as a Member Service Representative (MSR) on a temporary, part-time basis for 18 months at our McBride branch, BC. Member Service Representatives (MSRs) at Integris play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our members. They are responsible for making quality referrals, addressing member issues and complaints with professionalism and positivity. This position demands an outgoing individual with superior communication skills, adept at resolving problems tactfully and exercising sound judgment in various situations. This part-time position is scheduled for 22.5 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday. Salary Range : $20.17 to $23.43 CAD per hour.
