Job description

The Dining Room Attendant position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service while supporting the front of house team. Success is defined by traits like a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a demonstrated history of anticipatory service. Previous experience of at least one year in a high-volume, fine dining establishment is preferred. - Interacts with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, upbeat, and professional manner. - Ensures assigned work area is neat, clean and sanitized throughout shift by wiping tables, counter areas, beverage stations, sinks, and sweeping and mopping floors and grounds as required to maintain a clean and safe workstation throughout entire venue. - Remove and replenish dirty dishes, glassware, and flatware from tables and countertops, transports to dish area, and maneuvers bulky carts in confined spaces. - Responsible for the monitoring and replenishing of all stock items in assigned area in a neat, accurate and timely fashion. - Assists servers as needed. - Make or replenish coffee, tea, water, or soft beverages as needed. - Partners with both FOH/ BOH teams to work as a team to ens...
