Job description

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in clinical care, auditing, or coding, along with the ability to translate complex operational concepts into effective, learner-centered training solutions. This role partners with a cross-functional, fully remote team of Trainers, Quality leaders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and develop advanced educational programs delivered through blended learning environments, including live facilitation, eLearning, video, technical resources, knowledge assessments, and hands-on application activities while also improving existing content to support learner performance, knowledge retention, and speed to proficiency. 💰 Hourly Salary Range: $56k – $89k (based on experience, skills, and qualifications) 📍 Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based) ✈️ Up to 10% annual travel (for team meetings and limited client onsite engagements.)
