Maintenance Team Lead Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Production Equipment Maintenance Team Lead to support our Production Equipment Maintenance Team in Orangeburg, South Carolina on Variable shift. Position Responsibilities: Lead teams with Equipment Maintenance Knowledge and Solving Drives Continuous Improvement Actions and develops technician progression Attends BPS meetings and runs Tier 1 team meetings every day Conducts monthly PM audits on equipment Monitors and inspects community tool boxes Monitors and corrects labor utilization tracking weekly trends Ensures on time PM completion within the MBU Repairs and maintains equipment and demonstrates experience in these areas. Responds to trouble calls and resolves a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Follows safety procedures and regulations. Interprets basic schematics and diagrams. Uses a variety of hand and power tools to construct, renovate and repair equipment.
