Job description

Responsibilities/Qualifications: - Greet and converse with guests to suggest or receive cocktail order - Prepare and serve cocktails to customers following hotel guidelines - Clean and organize bar to beverage department standards - Prepare order to replenish stock at bar to pre-determined par levels - Provide exceptional service to customers - Prepare and serve cocktails to customers following hotel guidelines - Follow departmental cash handling policies and procedures - Prepare cocktails for cocktail server - Maintain high standards of service - Maintain bar cleanliness and polish glassware - Clean and organize work station to beverage and health department standards - Be able to perform a task that requires standing and/or moving at a fast pace for periods of up to eight hours or longer - Knowledge of wine and champagne service at table games - Work station must be maintained and left stocked and cleaned for next shift - Garnish drinks - Ensure correct health and sanitation practices are followed - Ensure the correct glassware/stemware is used according to Beverage Department standards - Greet each guest with a smile - Acknowledge every guest with a prompt and friendly greeting...
