Company: Marsh Corporate Description: Marsh is looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our team supporting the Asia Pacific and India/Middle East/Africa regions. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will be a hybrid position. This role involves implementing transfer pricing strategies to facilitate planning, managing tax audits, and ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. The Manager will need to communicate complex transfer pricing concepts clearly to stakeholders and identify opportunities for process improvement. We will count on you to: Provide expert transfer pricing advice to cross-functional teams across Asia Pacific and India/Middle East/Africa, ensuring transactions meet arm’s-length standards and align with Marsh policies. Lead and prepare complete transfer pricing documentation studies (or manage third-party deliverables), support regional tax audits, and provide technical and analytical support during examinations. Model and quantify the tax impact of transfer pricing initiatives, perform tax valuations for acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings, and advise on FIN 48 (ASC 740) reserves.
