Description R3 is seeking an experienced Development and Test Environment Lead to oversee and manage the Development and Pre-Production environments supporting a dedicated enterprise technology ecosystem. This role ensures that non-production environments accurately mirror Production, enabling reliable testing, controlled releases, and operational stability. The Development and Test Environment Lead will provide technical leadership and operational oversight across development, testing, and deployment coordination functions. This individual will work closely with engineering, testing, and release teams to ensure environment integrity, quality assurance standards, and streamlined deployment processes.
