Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Childcare Teacher to join our growing and thriving organization. This is your opportunity to provide both customer service and effective engagement to the children/families we serve while doing the work you love in the beautiful coulee region of La Crosse, Wisconsin. What's Available: 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm OR 9am-6pm shift Location: Onsite, Child Care Center - La Crosse, WI What you will do: Plan and implement daily developmentally appropriate programs for children. Maintain a safe and conducive environment for growth and development. Create tailored lesson plans and promote positive self-esteem. Communicate effectively with families and facilitate parent conferences. Ensure compliance with licensing rules and oversee co-teachers and volunteers.
