Job description

The Brew Brothers Steward is responsible for washing and stocking smallware, and tableware for the outlets, along with cleaning the kitchens and kitchen equipment. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: Responsible for moving heavy supplies and equipment as directed. Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchens, culinary areas and food set up and prep areas. Perform duties such as ware-washing, mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, cleaning walls, cleaning food service equipment and simple operation of basic equipment. Plans, organizes and completes work timely. Takes initiative, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs. Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors. Lift 50 pounds. Push carts that weigh up to 500 lbs. Perform repetitive tasks. Withstand extreme temperatures. Work safely in a busy kitchen environment. Stand, bend, lift, and twist as required. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Adhere to all Risk/Safety policies. Receive and maintain all required certifications.
