ReconCraft is seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize all warehouse and logistics operations in Clackamas, Oregon. This role is responsible for overseeing material receiving, storage, staging, kitting, shipping, and inventory control while ensuring efficient material flow across the organization. The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in supporting production and project teams by driving operational efficiency, maintaining high inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. This position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to safety, organization, and continuous improvement.
