Job description

OVERVIEW: We are looking for an experienced Mixed Methods Researcher who can own the full research lifecycle — from strategy through execution — across discovery, innovation, and early-stage concept work. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable with qualitative and quantitative approaches and has a proven ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problem spaces in service of high-stakes decisions. Rate: $60-$64 / hour USD: RESPONSIBILITIES: - Build and execute integrated research strategies that span generative, exploratory, and evaluative methods, tailored to the stage and risk level of each initiative - Lead discovery work on emerging or undefined problem areas — surfacing unmet needs, forming hypotheses, and identifying opportunity spaces - Develop well-scoped research plans with clear objectives, methodology, sampling rationale, and defined success metrics, while maintaining pace in fast-moving environments - Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into compelling, decision-ready insights for cross-functional partners across Design, Product, and Sales - Work closely with business, product, and design stakeholders to define the right research questions and...
