Part time (0.6FTE) fixed term until 31 Dec 2027 for a Senior Research Fellow Opportunity to lead co-design and digital health research with direct impact across workplace inclusion, mental health, insurance, and rehabilitation systems Base Salary $97,408.20 + 17% superannuation About the opportunity: This role sits within a multidisciplinary research team focused on improving workplace inclusion, mental health, and participation outcomes for people with disability and chronic health conditions through enhancing autonomy and decision making. The successful applicant will drive nationally significant projects including Pathways, THRIVE@WORK and Beyond the Tick Box, involving co-design, stakeholder engagement, implementation research, and translation across academic, health, and industry settings. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to research with direct policy, workplace, and community impact.
