Role Overview: Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own the global Business Development (BD) function. Your mandate is simple—but ambitious: Lead & Coach — Manage and mentor a growing team of BDRs across EMEA, setting clear goals and creating scalable career paths. Build Pipeline — Design and execute scalable, data‑driven prospecting programs that consistently deliver qualified meetings and net‑new ARR. Optimize Process — Partner with RevOps to refine ICP targeting, territories, cadences, and tooling.
