Location : Remote with requirement to travel for business needs Role Purpose: The Manager of Procurement - Indirect is responsible for the execution of the procurement processes throughout Hain North America. This role is expected to support the procurement lifecycle of assigned categories of indirect procurement including request for proposal/quote, market analysis and monitoring, selection determination and negotiation, vendor on-boarding, vendor performance management including spend, terms compliance, and process and policy compliance. The incumbent also provides secondary support to Contract to Purchase Order processes and other operational activities within Coupa. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Category & Sourcing Management - Owns and manages assigned indirect spend categories, developing and executing category strategies aligned to business and financial goals. - Develops and maintains annual sourcing plans, including contract renewal calendars, competitive bidding strategies, supplier performance reviews, market intelligence, and risk assessments. - Leads full lifecycle sourcing activities (RFP/RFQ/RFI), including supplier evaluation, selection, negotiation, and co...
