What You’ll Do: - Endpoint Management: Managing the lifecycle of corporate devices including PCs, Macs, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices (iOS/Android) using unified endpoint management (UEM) tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Jamf Pro and Tanium. - User Support: Providing advanced technical support (Tier 3) for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, often as an escalation point from the service Desk Team. - Deployment and Provisioning: Implementing and managing operating system deployment and application pa...
