Job description

We are seeking an Associate Human Resources Business Partner to join our Property Management team and support commercial real estate professionals across the nation. This individual will partner with the Property and Operation Management teams in the joint goal of achieving business objectives and developing integrated solutions in the areas of recruiting, compensation, performance & talent management, employee relations, compliance, and inclusion & diversity. Cultivate partnerships within the HR function and across the business to deliver value added solutions and services that align with business objectives and strategies.
