KEOS is a base maintenance and operations support-type contract, also known as BMC or BOS. Job Summary: The Civil Engineer will support the sustainment of mission critical facilities and infrastructure at Kirtland AFB to ensure our customer’s continues mission success. This position prepares design documentation to include, but not limited to: statements of work, specifications, drawings, sketches, calculations and building code references.
