Coordinates and manages distributive and clinical services provided by the Department of Pharmaceutical Services, including supervision of personnel and educational programs offered by the department. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Must possess current license as required by state board where services will be provided: MD: Active Pharmacist License through the Maryland Board of Pharmacy WV: Active Pharmacist License through the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy PA: Active Pharmacist License through the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy EXPERIENCE: 1.
