Your level will be determined based on experience, ownership, and impact. This role combines reporting, analytics, and operational performance improvement. About the Role: Within the Operations domain, you will help ensure that performance is measurable, transparent, and actionable. You will work closely with Operations Managers and Finance, to develop dashboards, analyze trends, and improve reporting processes. Depending on your level, your focus may range from maintaining dashboards and supporting analyses to leading complex reporting initiatives and shaping KPI governance.
