Job Description Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Sr. Operations Manager to support our Manufacturing team in Roseburg, OR. As a Sr. Operations Manager, you will oversee salaried and hourly employees in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing facility. You will manage production & sorting throughout the facility, assist with hiring, monitor safety, security, maintenance, and repairs, and assist with other duties as directed by the Director of Operations.
