Assistant Director, Broward County Hillel of Broward and Palm Beach Role Overview: Hillel of Broward and Palm Beach seeks a dynamic, strategic, and relationship-driven Assistant Director, Broward County, to play a key leadership role in shaping the future of Jewish life for college students in South Florida. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Assistant Director, Broward County, will oversee Hillel’s Broward County portfolio, including the Jewish student community at Nova Southeastern University (NSU), while developing innovative strategies to engage Jewish graduate and professional students. This senior professional will supervise one full-time staff member, collaborate closely with an Israel Fellow and an IACT Coordinator, build strategic partnerships with university and community leaders, and spearhead a parent engagement and fundraising initiative that strengthens Hillel’s philanthropic base.
