Position Description: Under the supervision of the SELPA Director or designee, the BCBA provides consultative and direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support to staff and programs across the District. This position is responsible for supervising and facilitating behavioral programs and services for students aged 0 to 22. This includes oversight of special education behavioral staff, development and implementation of behavioral intervention programs, compliance with federal and state regulations, and coordination with internal and external agencies.
