Job description

SUMMARY: The Core Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and costs. This role uses data analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to support efficient inventory planning and supply chain performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Analyze inventory levels, turnover, demand trends, and stock movement to identify risks and opportunities Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance service levels, carrying costs, and obsolescence Develop and monitor inventory forecasts based on historical data, seasonality, and business plans Investigate inventory variances, discrepancies, and root causes; recommend corrective actions Support cycle counts and physical inventories; reconcile differences in inventory systems Generate regular inventory reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management and customer Collaborate with procurement, logistics, sales, customer, and operations teams to align supply and demand Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory and propose disposition strategies Improve inventory process...
