Your role: The Experience Management Service Architect role is dedicated to the successful setup of the Experience Management Office (XMO). This role is responsible for designing the overall architecture of the experience management system, ensuring seamless integration of all technical components, tools, and platforms required to monitor and enhance employee experience. The Architect works closely with stakeholders to align the technical infrastructure with the organization’s strategic goals and ensures that all systems are interoperable, scalable, and secure.
