The Opportunity: A business Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our sales capabilities. This role will work from within the Sales business to define the product roadmap and business requirements for a set of key sales capabilities, and will partner heavily with IT bring these capabilities to life. Successful candidates will have deep expertise in either Microsoft Dynamics or Gainsight, as well as experience defining capability roadmaps and business requirements for Go-To-Market functions. What You Will Do: - Architect the future state sales capabilities to drive scale, compliance and agility - Serve as the expert for your product and advisor for the business as we transform sales processes and capabilities - Define and the product roadmap for sales-related capabilities, aligned with company goals and sales strategy - Partner closely with the Sales business to find opportunities and translate business needs into capabilities and business requirements - Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, including writing clear and actionable business requirements documents (BRDs) and user stories - Partner closely with IT to drive end-to-end product lifec...
