We are currently recruiting for a Despatch Operative on our Backshift at our potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. Shift & Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday - fixed shift, working 18:00hrs to 02:15hrs Salary: £13.70 per hour (plus 50p per hour backshift premium) Responsibilities: - Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to quality and safety standards. - Prepare items for dispatch, including labelling and documenting all necessary information. - Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and ensure that they are stored in the correct locations. - Conduct stock checks and maintain an organized despatch area. - Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and dispatch targets. - Assist in m...
