Job Description: The Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) Technologist is responsible for ensuring all relevant Q&FS standards are implemented and continuously improved to assure quality and food safety at the local site, protecting the consumer and our brands. This role is a member of the Q&FS organization within R&D and sits at the manufacturing site. This person collaborates with R&D, Q&FS, and Supply to build and maintain programs and systems necessary to manage Quality & Food Safety at the OHL, Leipsic, OH, Petcare manufacturing site. What are we looking for?: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science related discipline Experience in food safety management using HACCP/HARPC and Auditing Analytical and troubleshooting skills: Ability to communicate well and professionally in spoken and written forms Command of Microsoft Office software: Prefer: Experience with SAP, Nexus, and Red Prairie; 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing, HACCP certification or training.
