Job description

The Nuclear Materials Verification (NMV) Program Logistics & Readiness Lead is responsible for managing NMV’s Logistics & Readiness (L&R) project in the Department of Energy (DOE)/ National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Nonproliferation and Arms Control’s (NPAC) Office of Nuclear Verification (NA-243). Primary duties include (1) overseeing logistics of NMV’s domestic training activities, (2) tracking NMV training status and event deliverables, and (3) serving as the NMV Logistics Lead for real-world deployment(s) should they arise. Additional duties include providing logistics support more broadly within the Office of Nuclear Verification, to include support for periodic trainings and exercises led by the Office’s Warhead Monitoring and Verification (WMV) Program as well as other programmatic work, such as L&R support for the Office’s various international engagements.
