Reporting to the Senior Manager, Credit & Collections, the Credit & Collections Analyst will be responsible for assessing customer credit risk, timely collecting outstanding debts owed to the Company, as well as reconciling and managing customer accounts receivable. The Credit & Collections Analyst should be able to understand and translate large amounts of financial information, negotiate tactfully, and persistently contact customers to collect amounts owed to the Company.
