Job Description As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting data‑driven decision‑making and bringing marketing plans to life. You will sit at the center of important business decisions, contributing insights that inform strategy, execution, and performance across initiatives. In this role, you will support cross‑functional teams through consumption analysis, consumer insight generation, concept ideation support, and execution tracking. You will work closely with partners across Marketing, Insights, Sales, Finance, R&D, and external agencies to help translate analysis into clear actions that drive growth and improve performance. What you’ll do: Analyze consumption, retail sales, market share, and competitive performance using syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Circana) Perform detailed analysis on large datasets to generate insights and develop clear, actionable recommendations for cross‑functional teams Support marketing and commercialization efforts by coordinating cross‑functional inputs and tracking execution timelines Assist with packaging and graphics review processes, partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies as needed Develop an...
