TITLE: Production Supervisor POSITION OBJECTIVE: Manage and provide leadership in day-to-day and long term aspects of personnel, raw materials, equipment, methods, processes, and costs - to successfully meet or exceed established standards for safety, quality, and productivity consistent with plant direction. Ensure the manufacture of products that meet or exceed customer expectations by working closely with plant manager, team leaders and operators. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, Engineering preferred - Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing leadership capacity - Experience managing a shift environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) - Technical skills required - Experience in Quality Management Systems - Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks - Strong mechanical aptitude - Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
