What success looks like in this role: Key Responsibilities - Design and implement comprehensive M365 solutions tailored to client needs, encompassing all M365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, Teams, and Entra ID. - Develop and implement Microsoft 365 solutions based on best practices and guidelines from the Microsoft 365 Solution and Architecture Centre. - Design enterprise architecture that aligns with networking, identity, security, and multi-national principles - Understanding of key principles for networking, identity, security, and multi-national architectures - Create detailed design documents that outline solution architecture and implementation plans. - Lead and execute M365 Tenant-to-Tenant migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and enhance the efficiency of M365 implementations. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of M365 technologies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions. - Provide support in troubleshooting prominent technical issues related to M365 environments as required. - C...
