Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Information Services leadership team in the role of Analyst-Information Services. This will be 100% onsite at Shadeland with some remote capabilities. Key Relationships: The A/V Systems Analyst is the operational backbone of the A/V governance model— collecting, developing, and transforming data into insights that drive decision-making, asset optimization, and user experience improvements. You manage metrics, usage trends, inventory accuracy, and service performance analytics. Maintain and analyze A/V asset inventories, performance data, and ticket metrics across all IU Health locations. Develop dashboards and reports for utilization, incident trends, and lifecycle forecasting. Support the intake and prioritization of A/V support requests through ServiceNow and governance workflows.
