Division: People & Organisation As part of Euroclear’s People & Organisation Division, the Reward Director plays a pivotal role in shaping a modern, competitive, and human‑centered rewards strategy. We partner with the business to enable strategic decision‑making and empower leaders to attract, recognise, and retain top talent through fair, transparent, and future‑proof reward practices. Building on our role as a global market infrastructure supporting 2,000+ institutions worldwide, you will lead the evolution of our reward philosophy in line with market trends, regulatory changes, and the expectations of an increasingly diverse workforce In this context we want to strengthen our team with the recruitment of a Reward Director, reporting to the Head of Reward and International Employment.
