Job description

General Purpose: The Fulfillment Center Manager is responsible for leading daily operations of Corsair’s 120,000 sq ft Duluth, GA distribution center, supporting both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) fulfillment, as well as kitting and binning activities for onsite manufacturing. This role oversees a team of approximately 30 employees and is critical to ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and safety. Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations: - Manage all day-to-day distribution center operations including inbound, outbound, inventory control, kitting, and manufacturing support. - Ensure orders are shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with customer requirements and retail routing guides. - Maintain strong inventory control practices, coordinate cycle counts, and reconcile variances in partnership with Inventory Control teams. - Hire, train, coach, and develop warehouse staff; drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment. - Develop and track KPIs for warehouse performance; lead monthly reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to improve CPU, order accuracy, and o...
