Role Summary URBN is searching for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Global Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will have a data-oriented and analytical background. The supply chain analyst will be able to effectively communicate among different parties and work well with multiple groups even when there are competing priorities. Role Responsibilities: Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Sales & Operation Planning and Forecasting - Long Range Planning across all brands - Inbound scorecard and related scope w/ sourcing, brands, and transportation - Call center forecasting & labor planning - Logistics labor planning within distribution/fulfillment sites - Global Scorecarding process and metric enhancements - All other duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required: - Ability to connect with all brands as well as site leaders - Delivers unique and innovative solutions - Highly motivated and driven personality - Excel driven background or data visualization experience Role Qualifications: - 2+ years in supply chain field (or applicable internship experience) - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field - Strong excel skills...
