The home is a busy and fast-paced environment where we support up to 21 people with Learning Disabilities, Dementia and Sensory Impairments and people with complex needs in regards to eating and drinking, mobility and emotional wellbeing. Our residents are supported to lead the care they receive and live as independently as possible. As an Unsupervised Support Worker you will ensure that the people who live at Mortimer House are supported safely and in a person centred way, working in line with regulations and agreed safe systems.
