Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience in power and cooling infrastructure. - Experience in postmortem and Root cause analysis (RCA). - Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as needed. Preferred qualifications: - Advanced degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in data center operations or similar. - Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. - Knowledge of teaching/leading multi-day training events. - Excellent public speaking skills.
