Uniting is seeking a passionate and experienced Aboriginal leader to join our Family Connect and Support (FCS) program as a First Nations Coordinator. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to support children, young people and families experiencing vulnerability, while leading a culturally safe and responsive team across Western and Far-Western NSW. Our goal is to build a strong, connected and capable team that supports community with confidence, care and cultural integrity. About the Role: This is a permanent full-time opportunity (35 hours per week) with travel required across the region. The Family Connect and Support (FCS) program is a whole-of-family early intervention service supporting children, young people and families who are experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, vulnerability. The program works with families whose needs fall below the threshold for statutory child protection intervention, helping prevent escalation and strengthen family wellbeing.
