Salary/Position Classification: - $12.50-$14.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime) - 5-20hrs hours per week - 100% Remote Work Availability: No - Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No Purpose of Position: This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position. Duties & Responsibilities: - Learn and assist with day-to-day environmental compliance activities, including hazardous waste handling, chemical inventories, and waste tracking, under staff supervision. - Observe and support compliance efforts related to federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including EPA and North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality (NDDEQ) requirements. - Participate in environmental inspections of laboratories, storage areas, and facilities as a supervised learning experience, assist...
