Description SUMMARY: The Procedure Focused Certified Surgical Technologists are multi-skilled health professionals who work interdependently with other healthcare professionals to provide quality healthcare to the patient. They are trained to perform both administrative and clinical skills with extensive experience in surgical preparation and assisting. The Surgical Tech will be required to come in before normal business hours and stay after normal business hours on a regular basis as needed when the Surgeon is in surgery outside of the clinic. The CSTs will also work in general clinic with the providers when there are not in procedures/surgeries in or outside clinic. The goal of the clinical staff is to optimize outcomes and improve the quality of life for patients through efficient, cost-effective care. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 1.
