Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of innovative medical device projects, guiding products from concept through to commercialisation Partner with global customers to develop advanced catheter-based solutions in a regulated environment Provide clear leadership across cross-functional teams, aligning engineering, quality, and manufacturing to achieve project goals Define and drive project strategy, timelines, and execution to meet customer and business expectations Support the successful transfer of new products into manufacturing, ensuring readiness for scale and long-term production Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Contribute to new business opportunities through project scoping, proposals, and client engagement Balance technical, commercial, and operational priorities to support effective project delivery Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within project teams Qualifications: A degree in Engineering, Technology, or Science (Mechanical or Medical preferred) Around 5+ years’ experience in the Medical Devices industry, with exposure to pr...
