Overview Opportunity: Recreation Supervisor: Engage and involve guests and owners in a variety of programs, along with coordinating and leading a comprehensive program of recreational activities. Potential Career Path: Guest Services Coordinator – Guest Services Manager Essential Job Functions: - Lead planned activities. Must be able to create, plan, and facilitate social/sports activities effectively and professionally. - Participate and entertain children of all ages with games, seasonal programs, or other approved activities, such as crafts, team building, and outdoor recreation. - Maintain ongoing inventories of games, equipment, and supplies. - Ensure paperwork is complete and turned in as necessary. - Create attendant scheduling. - Consult with the Manager regarding any safety concerns, problems or questions. - Conduct periodic meetings with employees, weekly frequency is preferred. - Consult with the Manager on daily operations. Request resources needed to maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and members. - Repair or replace equipment, always maintaining good condition. Perform minor maintenance on facilities and structures. - Complete incident reports as needed...
